The main trailer for “Blackpink: The Movie” is now out!

The one-minute video released Wednesday showed clips from the K-Pop group’s performances and fans watching and waving their light sticks.

The members also shared their messages to their fans.

“I think we shine the most when the four of us get together and challenge ourselves with new things,” Jisoo said. “Performing on stage is one of the best parts,” Jennie added.

Rosé said she put her heart and soul into her career, while for Lisa, all she wanted to say was “thank you for always supporting me.”

The video has reached over 450,000 YouTube views as of writing. On local Twitter, Lisa and “The Movie” were among the top trending topics with over 763,000 tweets.

Blackpink: The Movie” will be released globally on Aug. 4 in about 100 countries.

The film is part of the group’s “4+1 Project” to mark their fifth anniversary.

Composed of Rosé, Jennie, Lisa, and Jisoo, Blackpink debuted on Aug. 8, 2016, and released “Square One,” which featured the songs “Whistle” and “BOOMBAYAH.” – Franchesca Viernes/RC, GMA News
